How do you get the creases out of fly masks?

Ordered a new fly mask, which has arrived nicely folded. I now can't seem to remove the creases. Any suggestions? The nose net is bent backwards, which is not the look I am after!

Straighten it with your hands, put it in the sun and keep flattening it, the heat from the horse help when it's on

I would warm it up a bit and then put it underneath something flat and heavy, or strap it around something horse head-shaped, if you have something like that

Could try sitting on it in the car on the drive to the yard!

I have tried this, but the fabric is quite tough and the creases are going to rub. An Australian site has recommended holding the creases over steam and flattening out. It has helped, but not removed the folds. Might try dunking it in just-below-boiling water.

dunk in water any temp and place a towel over your hat then the face mask it will get rid of the creases as it dries which will be quick so do it first thing on arrival at yard carry on with your jobs then should be try within an hour

Pop it in the washing machine. Short cycle will do.
