How do you know?

Ok so Ive noticed amount of horses going missing and Ive seen few posts saying they tie there manes to mark them, My horses mane isn't long enough to knot so what are the other tell tale signs? hes micro chipped and marked (not freeze mark something else) pass ported. but some on yard who arent freeze marked.

Is there some where i can find out about my local area (tunbridge wells) and what to look out for?

Try getting in touch with you local "Horse Watch" representative, you should find him/her on the Kent Police website and have a chat about crime prevention.
