I know some people who make peoples banners but i don't know whether i am aloud to say there names so don't want too risk getting told off. Sorry. I did my own banner maker but didn't finish lol x

If I was making one I'd use Photoshop (others may use PaintShopPro) but it's rather complicated. Try GIMP, it's free and does all the basics that Photoshop & other expensive programmes do =]
