How do you measure for a dressage girth?

As title really

I have had my first dressage saddle but dont know what size girth to get as obviously the dressage girth straps are much longer than GP/jump.

Any tips?

Normally you just halve your normal girth size..So if you use a 50 inch girth then a 25 inch dressage girth will fit.

I asked same question last month 48" girth with a GP, was recomended 24/26" for the dressage saddle................spot on 24" fits great
