How do you measure up for Webbers?

As in question, i want to try a pair of these, but am confused over how to size. Being 5 4" i was told to buy 28" pair, but I measured my ordinary leathers in situ - and bar to stirrup is 21". Is this the measurement i need, or are they like buying the ordinary and refer to the entire length (so at its longest?)

Hi,

28" would be the longest length of the webbers so you would be fine with that length. My ones on my dressage saddle are 70cm and i am 5ft2 and still have six holes to shorten if I needed to and I have them on my jumping saddle in the same size and still have lots of holes left to shorten my stirrups if needed so you would be fine with the 28" ones.
