How do you price a horse?

Just found out they are selling the horses i share, they have asked for my help pricing and selling but have no idea where to look and how to judge prices. Can anybody suggest where would be a good place to look to find fair prices to get a rough idea.

I would look around on all the horse selling sites, but bear in mind that the advertised asking price, is not always the actual selling price

Look on the salessites for horses the same sort of height age and build and that are doing the same sort of activities and go from there

Yes, most sale websites have search engines - put the same height and age in to the search and see what comes up that is a similar type and has done similar things..
