How do you stop your horse from kicking over his feed bucket?

Thanks for the suggestions peeps...you all get a Curly Whirly for your help.

I tipped his food on the floor tonight and although he didn't paw at it he walked round it in a circle.
No food was wasted but i felt sick and dizzy from watching him!!!

I think I've just got an odd bod :rolleyes:

I'm going to try that field manger i think as that looks really sturdy...although the floor is the cheapest option i can't have him going round like a spinning top?!!?

I still want to see the pics of the trough as it might be something to try if the manger doesn't work...otherwise it's a nose bag :)
 
I have a lorry tyre and a really big tub trug. The bucket is very firmly wedged in the tyre and it is tall so the feed won't spill.

or

keep the bedding swept back. Put a bit of haylage on the floor (like a bed of rice) and put the proven on the haylage (like a curry)
