Yeah I leave my mares long over the winter too. Got someone to pull it for me coz I'm too lazy, but unfortunately they cheated and used a solocomb, plus did it too short, so I can't plait it now.

He looks lovely and I agree about the face as well as he has a kind looking face, the type I prefer to be honest ( more genuine sorts)

I have to say, I am completely gob-smacked! I can't believe how much weight he has put on since the first photos not very long ago. What an amazing job you have done.....and over the winter too! Really, really well done - he looks fantastic!

I have missed this..how many sunflower seeds? I have a thin mare here on box rest, shes not mine, and I am racking my brains to think of something she could have to put some weight on. Can you give them to horses on box rest do you know? He looks great, what a transformation.
