clean pimpled rubber reins?

If I wipe a cloth over them, they end up with half the cloth attached to them!!!

Use a damp sponge, that's what we use on ours and they clean up well

I personally wash the rubber parts of my reins in a bowl of warm water. Only submerge the rubber bits and then rub them with your fingers until the dirt has gone. Don't get the leather parts wet as you will ruin your reins!

i use a gentle nail brush with soap they come up lovley ( only use it on the rubber bits) and never scrub hard , the amount of dirt always amazes me

I have a little nail brush that I give them a good scrub with - the pony's reins are always revolting!
