How does your Point Two air vest fit?

I used to wear an air vest but swapped for a BP after a fall where the horse went with me so it didn't inflate. I'm now thinking BP and air vest might be a good move.

Got it out and it's huge! Wondering whether it's actually my husbands because I can only find one but it looks small on him.

I've checked measurements and I'm near enough in the middle of the range but the straps at the front are as tight as they go despite my larger than average chest. There's a 13 year old video online about fitting, you need to be able to run your clenched fist between air jacket and BP and it should cover your tailbone - its a bit big for this but not a lot so maybe I couldn't size down.

I want to send it for servicing before use so want to be sure it fits. Anyone got one recently and been talked through fitting?

My hunter point two vest was fitted before I lost weight. Now I’ve lost four stone it’s roomy but it still did its job when I came off two weeks ago and the doctors said it saved me from some serious damage. It’s a medium and if I was fitting myself now I’d probably be a small but I like the fact that it’s got room as if I need layers in the winter then I won’t have to feel restricted.

Mine feels huge. Haven't had to wear it over a winter coat yet but had it fitted and sit slap bang middle within the range - it's a medium but feels too big for me and too long. Too expensive to just try and get a smaller size.

I’m normally a medium in clothing but when I got my air jacket fitted the trained sales assistants said you need room for vest to inflate so should not be close fitting

I find they come up huge! I’ve actually just sold my Point 2 as it was annoyingly large and kept bouncing up and down! I’m a size 6/8 on top and had the adults Small.
