I always wondered how showjumpers make their horses manes so straight! Some are obviously cut with scissors but some look fab....How do you do it!!!!

My poor horses mane looks like a bog bush, if anyone knows the secret, please share!! Plaited it over yesterday, then this morning each plait at the top was stuck up, gahhh, can't win!

Pull it to thin it & shorten it. If you're not too good at pulling then get a razor comb, not a Solo comb. Solo combs seem to leave steps in the mane. These combs are also very good on tails. The replacement blades are also very cheap because they're stanley blades which are available at all DIY places.
