a month early is still fine.
bagging up can start at around 6 weeks before the due date.
i wouldnt worry too much mares are pretty good at foaling when they are good and ready!
pig started about a week before she foaled and she was literally squirting milk out the hours before she foaled!i knew she would foal that night!she was maiden and she foaled 6 days late(we had loads fo snow around her due date so i think she put it off to foal in better weather!)
