mine is a 20 minute drive however im moving this sunday to a yard which is about a 5 minute drive so that when its snowing like it is now i can walk there as it's so difficult at the moment :/

About thirty seconds, our fields entrance is two doors down and can see most of the first field
from the house as it backs onto ours.

5 miles by car = 10 minute drive slightly less as the crow flies.
For a year I kept him at a livery 20miles away and I would never do this again. I hated it. I would drive up there on a cold night, nobody was there when I got there and then would give kiss and carrot and drive 20miles home. Last straw was when he had colic luckily mild and the YO left me to it and didn't offer to do a late night check. Now he is near enough that I can do it if need be.

My 'ranch' is exactly 2 miles away from my house. So about 5 minutes through the town by car. Not far at all!

Exactly 10 miles door to door.
15 mins in car 7 mins on bike....but as its 1500 feet above sea level then at the moment due to weather its taking a tad longer.
Roll on summer.
