How far would you travel?

to go and see something that you are interested in having on full loan?

I'm looking for something on full loan and everyone that contacts me seems to be miles away. I obviously don't want to discount them because of how far away they are, but am wondering how much travelling I'm going to have to do, as well as moving the horse if I do take it on. Have done it before and it ended up being a couple of wasted weekend days

I would be prepared to travel quite a distance if I thought I had found the right ned.

They key is to make sure you can get as much information as possible before you begin travelling. Maybe get some references from their local riding club or hunt.

I am prepared to do it for the right one too, will just have to make a long list of things to ask!

i traveled to summerset and im in bedfordshire. over all we drove for 8 hours. i also went to staffordshire which i think was 4 hours over all. in the end, my new ned was an hour away!!!!

i donnt regret it though!!

I travelled nearly 4 hours to see a loan horse, he was that fab i ended up buying him

I practically drove all round the country looking for my coblet, many hours wasted and petrol!! in the end he found me!! he only lived 30 mins away, his owner contacted me after seeing my wanted ad.
