It would depend what the damn had done competition wise IMO. I am going to have a foal for sale shortly out of my mare by an AES graded stallion who is Gribaldi x Hofnar - my mare has no proven pedigree (although i do know it) so her passport is blank. However shes got an excellent and well proven competition record and won ££££££s in dressage aswell as National titles etc.
it has and ramiro and ibrahim on the sire and dams sides, and the tb precipitation on the dams,
could be partly unknown, or could be due to sire stud book france not acknowledging part of the papers and making them origine non constatee, origin not stated.
the missing bits could be good origins
i would judge the mare and foal by their conformation and as individuals not just on paper, just make sure it will be accepted by sire as competition horse on these papers
Difficult. There are some very good stallions in your dam's pedigree. However, due to her small size and missing elements of the damline, which is important if you want to market the foal, it may be difficult to be able to sell the foal for a good price, unless it is truely exceptional.
People looking for show jumpers prefer to buy horses which are already ridden and can be juged jumping.
Breeders who are interested in foals would probably be a worried about the mare's size and would like more information about the dam line. However there are always exceptions!
