how high cn yer horsie jump then?

I'm surprised no-one has suggested restricting turnout. Your horse will obviously have much more energy for jumping if you keep him in his stable all the time. Oh and not too much water , that makes him heavier then its harder to get airborne.

i would maybe think about getting a pellam. other people may think thats harsh, but they do help, as long as you use them in the right way. i jump my horse in a pellam, at first she felt mega strong, but i think the fitter she is, the less strong she is. i wouldnt feed your horse anything either!! if you feel your horse is strong up to the fence, have a couple of flat lessons and a couple of lessons on collecting your horse together. if you already do that, a pellam i would highly recommend. Good Luck :)

I fink u shud jump 'it' over that row of cars cos that wud be well cool!

Cn I be yr HHO friend? Us proper showjumpers should sticktogether like. Go on how high cn yours jump? PS What size spurs do u use? Mines are mega big!

Yer corse yoo cn, I have huge spurs and a beating stick in both hands too, my horsie don't like jumpin anymore see after I made him jump a motorway bridge that was about 20 or 50 meters high an that.

I think it's only when you get more experienced that you shud use big spurs innit- like what we is coz otherwise you can't use em properly. Like when you get your stabilisers off an that? I have had mine off for 2 months now and can do walk, gallop and jump. We don't bother wif trot coz that's pants.

mines can jump 1.30 but were only doing 80 atm as shes a bit lame :( so i dont want to push her you no what i mean also she gets a bit strong going into the fence should i get a new briddle what do yous think??? Ps she gets a big bucket of competition mix as shes a sj should i feed her more 2 give her energy???

LeneHorse: Are there a lot of riders and horses in Windupfantasyland?
Although I did have a relative who had one leg and his good leg was a bit ropey too and he could jump the moon! - especially if you put a fire cracker up his a__e!!
