how horse friendly is Whetherby

hi i am considering moving to Wetherby or nearby and wondered how horsey it is, are there places to ride ie plenty of bridleways and livery yards to keep my horse or has anyone any idea about areas nearby that would suit thanks

Hi Wetherby is nice, I'm sure there'd be lots of places to ride. It's very close to Bramham Park too. There are plenty of livery yards round the area; Harrogate is not too far and there are places round York too. PM me if you want more help

i think wetherby is a nice place- there are a few nice yards around here and a few good tack shops locally. i live 10mins away from wetherby, near tadcaster/sherburn. PM me if you'd like.
