How is she looking?

Hiya, thought I'd post some piccys I took of my mare today, compaired to when I first got her in Janurary. She is a 8yr old, 15.1hh TB and was in racing before I bought her. What do you think of her condition? We are now working on building up more muscle and putting on a little bit more weight.

How much more weight does she need to put on? Where does she need more muscle, etc..?

On the basis that she's never going to be a fatty (IMO anyway) then I think that its muscle rather than weight that she needs. she's looking loads better, and I'm impressed by how shiny her coat is!

Wow, well done. What a difference to the poor looking creature in the first photos.

I think she's looking a really good weight now, and should continue to bloom over the summer on the good grazing.

Do make sure you keep her warm enough during these colder days by ensuring she's still rugged.

She's just lovely.

I think she is defo coming on.... she needs more weight on though and needs muscling up over her bum area... work her long and low and so not on the forehand and she will soon start to shape up! ;0)
