How is this for a bruise??

Please ignore my somewhat less than trim figure but this is the bruise I have on my back from my fall on Sunday - ouch! I was wearing a body protector, so could have been a lot once, I can only think that I landed on a rock or something hard in the field amongst all the mud!!

Good news is that I'm feeling a little less stiff/sore today, and we went out on a walk hack this morning with the groom from the yard and then went in the school and managed a little canter - George was his usual bombproof self
