Where is the lameness located that you can see ?
(Its not a trick question btw

Just watched it a few times, only see a little tightness in the bum, but thats NOT lameness, I reckon with a good stretch not lame?
I dont see theres much of a problem , my 10 yr old comes stiffer than that each morning. Why, Is he/she supposed to be lame?

Is she a weeny bit lame on inside fore?

[/ QUOTE ]
dont see that at all, have you done some flexions etc?

Mik - She is going to equine hospital for scintigraphy on Thursday as she has been lame on left fore for 5 months

Flexions either have no effect or she comes sound from them

*inserts smug face*

It is VERY hard to see tbh, but her head is bobbing every now and again which is a bit of a giveaway.

I thinks she's lame but other people have different opinions (obviously) , as you said she is only 1/10ths lame though

Don't apologise

Two different vets have two different opinions on her so its interesting to see what others think of her level of lameness

ok, now all my mates are looking, Im at the sunshine tour in the bar you are gonna have a lot of opinions here, we are organising a poll.

you know her the best, she doesnt look comfortable, does she.

[/ QUOTE ]

No she's not uncomfortable (but it might be because she has just got used to being not right - if that makes sense ?)

Shes more than happy to be in work but its just odd

OK general opinion is not seeing lameness in frontlegs at all. Sorry. we arnt much help eh, I really hope you find it and sort it out.

i watched the vid and thought she was lame on inside fore...
but very very slightly - which is often worse than very obvious lameness

I'm going against the grain here but I don't think she looks right on the right hind -
The way she's twisting and poking her nose to the outside would indicate this too.

I thought it was right as well due to the twisting especially as she comes towards the camera - but I thought it "might" be the right fore?? Shows how little I know! Sorry!
I really hope you get to the bottom of it, it is sometimes surprising what scintigraphy shows up. Fingers crossed for you.

she's bending to the outside quite a bit so hard to tell... both mine go lame on left rein when on 10m circle and bent inwards. :-)

Best of luck, hope everything is ok! know how hard it can be to have lameness investigated when you have no idea what it is.

Incedently, mine was lame on inside fore from side bone. Flexions made no difference and was intermitant.

Well that sorted that out then didnt it!!!

I'm no expert but I see a slight reduced shoulder swing on the near side fore which could be indicative of a shoulder strain and some soreness of the offside sacroiliac area as the hind leg isn't coming through level with the nearside and the offside hind foot seems to be landing flatter than the nearside hind foot.
