How large are Masta's?

Meaning, do they come up big or small sizewise? And how far round the horse do they go if you know what I mean? I have a Welsh Sec D so he needs a bit more material than a tb would Thanks in advance!

I think that Mastas would suit a Section D as the rugs tend to be quite generous around the neck/shoulders in my experience.

I have a shire x wb with a 60 inch girth and Mastas are the only one I found to fit him and dont look like a bikini.

Dont suppose you can share where you go this bargain lol

I have 2 x masta lite to medium t/o rugs with the trivents at the side of the shoulders. Comparing them the the weatherbeeta lite or medium t/o rugs (with shoulder gussets) the masta trivents are huge for my TB and WBX. I could of gone down a size with the masta trivents designs.

Have 2 D's on yard (albeit mares) & owner rocked up last winter with HW Mastas for them. Very well made rugs but TOTALLY WRONG SHAPE for D's - far too deep cut in front and being HW's, too much material to hand sew darts in.

Unless your D is a massively well built stallion (or you want rug to multi-task as a tent), would avoid Masta - most Weatherbeetas fit the D's well tho.
