My 16 year old mare has always been a bit of tomboy, she's certainly never been a mareish mare at all. Do they have to come into season (?) only in 12 years I've had her if she has then it must have been brief as I've only noticed a few times. However, about 6 weeks ago 3 geldings moved onto our yard and into the field next door. They have gone gah-gah for her and her for them - after constantly jumping into each others fields and knocking the fence down numerous time we've decided not to stand in the way of true love (!) and have put them in the same paddock. She has now been in season for about 6 weeks constantly!!! If I take her out for 20 mins to feed her they are neighing at each other and when I put her back in the field she has back legs akimbo and the juices are flowing for want of a better description

Well it's not like she's not had the opportunity before. I can't understand whats got into her (although maybe I should rephrase that as judging by the scuff marks on her behind I don't want to think about that lol)!!!

You are heading down a posting path that I don't want to follow, on the grounds of indecency.
