As per the title? I bought some Rok neoprene riding boots which were sent out on 18th October just before Christmas they began leaking. When I checked them in the light, one boot had 3 holes in it. Not happy with this I sent the seller an email and the repsonded and asked me to open a returns case (purchased via Amazon) today I have checked and they have rejected it saying I should of taken more care. bit miffed with this, how exactly are you meant to take more care with a neoprene boot? I use boot pullsmans can't think of anything else.
They haven't even been used that much as they rubbed and I didn't want to risk blisters before I went on holiday so left them for 2 weeks till I got back then only wore every other day for 2 weeks.

They have very bad reviews *however* mine lasted a year or so and only have a tiny slit which doesn't affect use even in water (logic?!).

By more care they usually mean washing after every use and horse urine weakens the rubbery stuff and will split it.

If you don't have a guarantee you are still entitled to expect them to last a 'reasonable' time. I don't know what they cost but a couple of months isn't reasonable. If you paid via visa debit or any credit card, you should contact the card provider as they have joint liability and are likely to refund you immediately. If that's no good I'd be getting Amazon's CEO's email address and sending a short punchy email reminding them of the expectation that an item should last a reasonable time, and asking them where the care instructions are, and where is their evidence that you have failed to follow them... Boom on all counts. Good luck.
