its about the length of my hand and just sticks up a mile :D
her previous owners hogged her mane so we're letting it grow but it just wont flop over!!
It does look pretty commical though :D
 
LOL - give it time :)

Once it gets long enough, you can plait it (obviously not roll it up!) and it will help to weigh it down on the right side.
 
Have you got any recent pictures Jadey? If thats Lady, she is looking a different horse!
As to the mane......Little Stigs has yet to "fall over" and thats nearly a year on!!!

And no i dont have any recent photos because my camera broke and i only got a new one yesterday haha

Probably about 6 months till it flops...once hogged it takes about a year to grow out to a decen-ish mane.

I'd say hog it again, she looked pretty hogged :D :p ;)
 
ahh she is lush, I like mane (something to grab hold of lol)

If it was winter I would say dampen mane loose plait and then put neck cover or hood on but it might be a bit warm for her now with a hood on,

so just hang on in there and keep training it over as soon as you can get plaits in it, dont do them too tight as she might try to rub them out resulting in gaps in the mane
