How long should I wait to go on a hack after bringing my mare in from the field ?? I have had sooo many conflicting answers that I thought i would ask u guys to get the definitive answer...or not....lol!!!!

well,by the time i have groomed,picked feet out and tacked-up and faffed about,it`s usually about half an hour and i have never had any problems.
horses in the wild that get spooked and gallop off don`t have a rest 1st to let their dinner go down.

Most riders i have known,including myself, get their horses straight in from the field and ride after faffing about tacking up and grooming etc

Yup to what everyone else says,
Unless you're going on a super fast hack jumps n all you might want to wait a bit, but a normal hack will be completely fine

I've always ridden striaght out the field and never had any problems, and most people I know do the same
