I'm 38 weeks pregnant so with any luck will have a lovely baby girl by the end of the month.
Just wondering what is realistic in my plan to be back in the saddle ??
Obviously if everything happens naturally I was thinking somewhere between 2 and 3 weeks ??
Can't believe how much I have missed riding haven't ridden since 22 weeks as it was beginning to hurt, but still been doing my bit around the yard albiet slowly ha!
Drove past a girl the other day riding out in the dark and rain and thought wow I'd give anything to be you right now!( Not that I'm not excited to be a Mum )
My boy has turned into a guant sized hairy bog pony but my Mum has been riding him a couple of times a week to keep him ticking over. He not silly or spooky anyway really so not concerned about him being daft but obviously I don't expect to be as strong as I was in my core.
I'll stop babbling now just want a realistic target!
Thanks xx

I rode about 2 weeks afterwards, depends how quiet and sensible your horse is. You might not feel like doing too much at first, but its lovely to have some 'me time' when you have a new baby.:)
