How long to grow tail hairs back

When I bought my bloke last August (2008) I discovered some "expletive" had left a tail bandage on too tight too long and the last 2 to 3 inches of his dock had dead skin fallimg off and all the hair dropped out.

This is growing back with a rather fetching grey streak in his black tail but I just wondered how long until it fills out to the same length as the rest of his tail ??

When he has a flod and lifts his tail up it looks fair rubbish I must admit and I adore full tails.

Try putting some cornucrescine or camrosa at the base of the tail bone every 2-4 days which will help speed up the hair growth.

I'd take great care with cornucrescence (sp?) and Camrosa if the tail is still healing. Cornucrescence works by being an irritant so when rubbed in it brings more blood to the area. Camrosa is also very harsh. You also need to take great care that you don't get either of these substances on the sensitive skin around the anus and genitals. The horse's, not yours! Why not just care for it from the inside with good feeding and wait for nature to do its stuff?

I agree that is what I am doing putting nothing on it but sorry to be pedantic my original post asked how long will it take to grow back to full length ?
