was it after having a baby before you started riding again?

i had a c-section last time and was on after 5 weeks but im so desprate to get back on mum sold my old horse and i havnt had chance to get on our new one yet

When I had my son naturally 3years ago I was back on after 2 weeks - old reliable horse that had been in work while I was pregnant - it was a bit too soon tho and was sore!
I had my daughter emergancy C section 9 weeks ago and started riding the afternoon after my 6 week check with the Drs, Section was MUCH harder work to recover from - horse had been off since November so we're both really unfit! Started walking 10 mins a day now built up to 25 mins - hardest part for me is getting off as I lean the front of saddle right on the scar and stomach muscles aren't up to flicking le over yet!!
