Two large haynets with hay at night, and one during the day (more or less depending on how much turnout/grazing he gets). Used to be on haylage but it's horrible quality at the moment so have reverted to hay which he's fine with too.

Mine has 1 1/2 haynets per night if in. The first haynet is rammed full. He always has some left over in the morning. He's out 24/7 at present with adlib haylage though. He's 15.2hh sec D in light work if that helps.

My Welsh Sec D is in at night all year and out on limited grazing in the day. When he is in he gets 2 medium sized nets of soaked hay - this equates to one third of a bale of small sized hay each night.

Mine has 1 large net of hayledge in morning and same at night. He's a very good doer and is only on a handful of chop for morning feed and a few apples at night. He's 15.3 ISH 12 year old, currently not in work due to weather.

We are going through 2/3 of a bale a day, plus a scoop of Alfa A and Topspec. Star is a 14.2 coloured DalesX, just coming back from being on holiday because of the snow, andlooks like she needs some exercise :D
