How many horses/ponies do you have?

2 which will b 3 in a week.
Dancer 17yrs tb preliminary dressage hoping to move up to novice soon.

The new pony is alfie 1 year 11hh exmoor colt. Can't wait!
 
Very excited to say that in about 4 1/2 weeks my first horse, that I have put in blood sweat and tears to pay for. She's a beautiful 5 year old TB mare (always wanted a TB, never thought i'd get a mare!!!) but she is going to be AMAZING! and like a 12 year old girl i'm counting down the days and planning to wipeout Ingatestone...
 
I have three a 15.1hh connie x who is ace very sharp but a complete star, a 11hh Native British spotted pony (who has no spots ha,ha actually on loan but we treat her like our own love her so much) and a 13.2 welsh x love them all wouldt be able to afford them if i didnt have my own yard and a good family who all muck in also have two grass liveries a 38year old man whos with a yearling but there owners look after them ;)
 
we have 13, 8 ponies and 5 horses, ridiculous I know, I think we are in danger of becoming collectors!! We had our own land which is why we had so many, 4 of the horses and 4 of the ponies were all from dodgy dealers selling through auctions and were in appalling condition when they arrived, they were real sympathy buys, 1 horse has owned OH for many years, 3 of the ponies are county standard show ponies and we have one home bred baby (now 5!) who has never known cruelty in his life!
 
2.5 my sec D, pb & a sec A. I did have my friends C on loan over winter but 2.5 a much better number to deal with. I'm also lucky I share them with my sister & nephew but somehow I'm the one left Mucking out
 
Somehow we collect them. I think we have 9 in total.

The 28 y/o pony we all had.
One retired at 7 years old, as had a cyst.
One retired due to ligament + tendon damage
One Eventer
One potential eventer

2 more games ponies on loan
one we have had this year to sell

I have no idea how we came to have so many! By December we hope, the two loan ponies will have gone back, our games pony sold, the retiree (liagament damage) will be put down, the retired young pony will go out on loan, and the last one will have sold! Crazy.
