Absolutely NO excuse for not being sure with so few!
After all, you can count on fingers and thumbs and only JUST start again! I THINK I have about 60 - but I don't count them because if I KNEW, I'd have to tell OH - and HE thinks I have nearly 50!
Squizz is on loan at yard in Dorset.
Jazz is the only one I have over here in Wellington.
Mouse is a field companion as don't have jockey small/brave enough
Blackjack is on loan in Sturminster Newton.
Woody is retired and lives at same yard as Mouse and Squizz.
None of them really do much. Lucikly yard in Dorset is good value livery!
i'm down to just 3 now, which is the least i have had for about 20 years, i was up to 7 at one point!
if money and grazing space were no object i'd collect them again though!
have somehow managed to end up with 3 dark bay mares.
2. My old girl who is my mother's hack, and my broken showjumper.
But, if things go to plan I think we will be putting Be in foal next year, and if I recover well enough I would *really* like to get another riding horse...
I have 3 which is one too many under normal circumstances but currently I'm very glad to have my old boy around as the girls are both out of action (Millie injured, Moon on holiday)
I'm even considering bringing him out of competition retirement....
Two, both in my siggy, although we also have two dartmoor hill pony yearling geldings as companions/mowers/amusement value! The most we've had is four.
