Reading the posts about getting up at 5.15 am etc...in winter I don't spend much time at all!

They are on grass livery, and yard does feeds, hay, water mon-fri.

Due to weather and my fear of dark I stopped riding mid week so mostly I spend my hours at weekend up there, it will change whenthey are back in work properly but for now maybe 8 hours a week!

I get off very lightly! But they usually are on holidays or hacking only nov-feb.

mon - fri - 0550 - 0650 = 5hours
Mon - Fri - 1540- 1700 = 6 hours
Sat + Sun 0900-1200 = 6 hours
Sat + Sun 1600 - 1700 - 2 hours

so in total 19 hours a week? give or take half hour here and there!

I try and ride 4 x a week 2 x mid week and both days at weekends!

too many to count!!! I try to ride 2/3 week days and both days on the weekend but at the mo that is becoming very difficult as i ride as soon as it becomes light so its all icy and froozen solid so not riden this week yet!

I dont work out how many hours but i expect i spend more time with the horses at the yard than i do my husband!!

Generally a total of 4 hours a day, so 28 hours a week, although sometimes could be 6 hrs at weekends unless I have other things to do, then it might be a couple of hours.

Mon - Fri: 1hr am, 2-3hrs pm.
Sat - Sun: 4hrs am, 1hr pm.

So on average, somewhere between 25 and 30hrs a week?

That can be more / less depending on riding time, I ride most days though so it stays fairly consistent.

Monday to Friday I have full livery so I will go up for an hour-2hrs at night probably 3-4 out of the 5 nights (depending on work).

Weekends - 30mins in a morning and and hour-2hrs at night.
