How many inches on average do horses grow from 2?

How many inches do horses grow whent they reach 2 my horse just had his 2nd birthday today and he is standing at 14.2hh is he likely to make 15hh plus. Just wondering how big other people horses grew when they reached this age?
 
He is more than likely going to exceed 15h my lad at rising 4 was 14.3 and now stands at 15.1 without shoes. However my filly was rising 4 standing at 14.2 and doubt very much she will grow more than another inch she looks very well developed and is more likely to just fill out than grow in inches.
If you are wanting to show him you want to hope he doesnt grow much more that 15h, they start to look very leggy
 
He is a welsh section D, YO said he will only grown half an inch but i though he had about another 3 to grow
 
If he's already 14.2, then I would say he will very easy make over 15 hands. Remember that Welsh carry on growing and maturing until they are 7. It will depend on his breeding, how he will grow. Some families have growth spurts and then fill out, others just gently inch upwards.

I wish my ID had only put on a hand from his 2yo height. He wasn't meant to make more than 16hh, indeed there was some doubt if he'd manage that, but he's ended up a very full up 16.2 (I just won't admit he could possibly be more, all the other 16.2s or thereabouts on the yard are being overestimated by their owners
