Just wondered really!!

I own one horse!!
he is my first one and I got him as a 14th birthday present!!

But I also have another horse on loan, which I compete.

I own 5 horses at the moment and i got my first horse at the age of 15. Sadly i lost him a few years ago.

My two soon-to-be-two-year-olds Krypto and Bailey, Harry who is 8 months and Kia who is my four year old connemara x TB.

Got Bailey as a weanling in Oct 2007, Krypto in July last year, Harry in October last year, and Kia in November last year.

Edited to say I was 21 when I first got Wonka (who I sold in December 2008) and am now 23

Have 4 although one is my sister's, one's my 2nd pony (semi-retired), my horse is mine although my mum rides him and then we have a retired racehorse. We used to have 7 at one point (inc a donkey, ancient pony, a blue cross rescued horse) - not really sure how/why or indeed how on earth we coped with that many!

Oh, got my first pony when I was 10 - on loan. Then mum inherited some cash and bought a 12 acre field - I think maybe we just went mad and thought we'd just fill it with horses!

I kind of inherited my sisters pony after reschooling it she got her first pony at 9. I got my first horse (14.2+) at 15 and my sister then got a TB who i inherited also as she couldnt handle her at 16 and last year i bought my own pony at 17

i own one horse. my first pony i got when i was 12. and stupid cocky me got a 2 year old new forest and insisted to my non horsey parents that i could break him in etc. yh right. 3 day after having him he jumped over the stable door. haha. then i got my tb 2 years ago. i bought him when i put my nf on loan. as loans go he came back after the years contract and i had to sell him as he was wasted with me. i only had 2 horses for a short time and that was hard work with exams going on. but i now only have one again which i am very satisfied with lol.

I own two horses. I got my first horse when I was 18, had wanted one for years but parents always said 'you can't have one until you can afford to buy it yourself,' but then they wanted me to go to uni and I didn't want to go so we came to a compromise, if I went to uni i could have a horse, so voila!

i put my savings into buying my first horse and mum and dad made up the rest

my savings were meant to be for a car but i just said that i could teach him to pull a carriage and get around that way instead...lol

Got my first pony when I was six but he was a disaster, first ridable pony when I was 8,he was 5 and I kept him until he was 26.He was possibly the naughtiest pony ever but I loved him dearly and boy did he teach me to stay on!
