How many of you send your youngsters

away for a week or two to 'get education'?
Is it normal to be thinking I need to do this with my now 4yr NF pony?

To an extent. I have done everything from yearling with him up to having him broken and hacking away quietly myself...however am sending him away to have a few weeks at work with me over summer to get some proper schooling and lessons started

Thanks for the feedback. I was half thinking I'm letting myself down even considering it, as in the past I've done it all myself without issues. My pony is brilliant, but being so small I can't 'work' her to the extent I had hoped (and I don't now have the facilities I have had in the past). It seems a no-brainer really, yet I'm still thinking I'm letting ''us'' down.
I'm looking at 'the pony boot camp' place tomorrow with a view of booking her in. Nervous!!!
