personally no, i wouldnt, i'd prefer to buy something that is healthy and has no vices, even if the horse in question has done alot more than another, or if it was definately the right horse and the vet had said that it wouldnt cause major problems i would offer less for the horse due to wind sucking
Iv got a mare who iv had for years and love to bits but had enough off ridding horse after horse after work and on days off so want to sell a few. I was just after peoples views really cause I don't think she would sell but wondered how many people have or would consider a mare like this.
She was a rescue case and I saved her life after a week off getting her stomach to except food even though vet said to put her down she pulled through. Iv never seen a horse so skinny and could hardly walk, spent neally every day Lied down in the stable. Anyway she came right and she's fab at hunting and stays up front with the best and had the most fab temp you could want. When my sons pony was lame he took her to do a pony club dressage test, looked well funny a 6 yr old boy on a huge horse but she has a temp to die for.
Do you think she would sell or one to hold on to. She would be up cheap because off her problems but than if she's cheap is that gona attact the wrong kind off person and get back into a bad home???
Yes she windsucks and makes a slight noise when in fast work but once fit you can't hear it
