How many owners has your horse had?

Jim is a 9yo & I bought him as a 2yo from his breeder.

Little Un is a 3yo who I bought from a friend last year. He'd bought him fro his breeder a few months earlier.

As long as I can afford it they'll both have homes for life.
 
Including their breeders and me, Sasha we believe to be either 4 or 5 , Ebi has had 3, Chantin has had 2, Willow only the 1 and Flighty has had 3. Hopefully none of them will be sold
 
not sure how many my tb has had, me plus person I bought him off, and then I know he had one before then, although I think there will be a lot more in there, as he is 11.

Other grey beast, three in germany, at least, plus one other over here, then me!
 
Apparently pony was born and bred on a farm, and was there until he was 2 when he was bought by the people I bought him from. The girl was only 11 when she got him, and she had him for 5 years, and then 2 months ago he came to me!
 
Just one (me) for Sprite, two for Chance, as for Misty we are not sure - at least three and probably more as ponies do tend to get passed around a lot as they get outgrown.
 
The definitive answer is I don't know!!
However, I was told he came from a man in Ireland to a woman in Surrey then to me. So I am the third at least, according to what I know.
I am planning on being his last.....
 
erm well i think i might be my mare's 3rd or 4th erm i think she was bought from her breeder, then broken in by someone else, then to a friend and then i bought her but then again my friend might have bought her from her breeder i don't really know! she's only rising 5 as well bless her but has a home for life with me unless i suddenly have a massive growth spurt but then she will still not be sold! sorry a bit of an essay!!!

We are Murphs second since he came over from Ireland as 4 year old. Other 2 ponies and donk all have vague history. One pony was a hill pony originally I think, other was bought at auction 2 owners before us(she was unrideable and only apparently only bought as she had a foal at foot, would love to know what hapened to that), donkey has been with us for last 21 years but no idea before that! Hopefully they will all be with us for the rest of their lives.

Casper - We bred him so only me
J20 - We bred him so only us
OJ - We bred her so only us
Cabanoza - We are her 4 owner
Opera - We are his 4 owner
Juice - We are her third owner
Sabrina - We are her third owner
Brooklyn - We are her second owner
 
Gen came to me at a few weeks old from his breeder. His mummy came to stay till he was weaned. He wont be going anywhere so I guess I am sort of Home 1 (and only).
 
My Cob - not sure but think that i am his 4th - he's 10.

My Mare - i was her sixth owner when i bought her at 10 years old. She is now 17.

Hopefully i will be their last!
 
I was my ponys 4th owner at just 6! I had to then sell him, to his 5th owners, then 6th and 7th and then I bought him back and I am now his 8th owner and will most definatly be the last, been there, done that, never again, he's here for good now! He's a bit of a tricky one as even though he's 14.2, he is definatly not a childs pony and most of his owners have been very young! If i hadnt bought him back he'd probably be on his 10th home at least!
 
According to his passport he's only had two previous owners, both in Ireland. Although the dealer I bought him from says he was with someone in Wales previously and his BSJA record would certainly back that up.

So in reality I'm probably his 4th or 5th owner and hopefully his last

My horse was 5 when I bought him and before that he had 2 owners and the breeder! So he is very settled with me as I have had him over 4 years now.
 
I am Tobago's third owner.

He was spotted as a tiny foal by a show trainer, who bought him immediately from his breeder on behalf of a partnership of three Arab breeders. I saw him as a 2yo and begged and pleaded until they let me buy him.

He is my 'dream horse' and I hope I will be his last owner!
 
Bought him from a guy who bought him as an unhandled 4 yo from his breeder.....he had him backed & hunted & 6 months later I bought him...
Guess that makes me owner number 3?

And definitely the last!
 
When I got mine he still had papers with all his old owners on the back...I think he was sold by the breeder at 4ish, bought by my old instructor at 6.5/7 and had about 3 homes in between. That makes me his 6th I think.

Until I moved him down here, Hampshire, he'd never been out of Shropshire in 10 years.
