How many saddles do you own?

What is your favourite colours (for horses)

Two horses in work, with a master saddlers saddle each, the two they had before those, the two who have retired's each and three from horses we no longer have, not sure what to do with all the spares!
 
I have 2 horses and 6 saddles.

I have a jumping and dressage saddle for mine. 1 GP for other horse and then 3 which are never used unless there is a saddle emergency (1 has a broken cantle, 1 is old jumping saddle which is scarred and worn and a very old fashioned straight cut hunting saddle which I thought I might use for showing one day.)
 
I have an Ideal Event saddle for everyday coz its sooooo comfy...... and a Wintec 2000 for when daughter rides him as cant be bothered to swap stirrups over and they wont go short enough for her (no twists in my good leathers)!!

Oh and a lovely little pony saddle thats collecting dust in the garage, beautiful little equisuade and equileather one that would fit a section A type pony!!! But we dont have a pony now.... hint hint!!!
 
Have 3 horses & 5 saddles ... but only 2 of the saddles are in use as the others don't fit any more, need to sell 2 of them at some point & hopefully adjust another for the 3rd horse (saddler talked of being able to re-tree a saddle??? if this is possible seems like a very good solution as I love the saddle, Merlin has just got too much, ahem, condition, now to fit it)

I have 1 each for Septre, Gypsy and Suzzie, although Septre's might be used for Amber in the future and Gypysy's might be used on Sprite (if he gets fat again) when YO (I mean me

Ok, I have 6 saddles - a Wintec VSD that came with the horse (which is now too narrow), two second hand leather saddles that are too narrow (in my defence, I am selling them!), a treeless saddle(selling!), a battered looking Thorowgood that is being used as a temporary measure until he loses weight and goes back to his Wintec, and a brand new Thorowgood Griffin (again, selling as too narrow!).

Now the embarrassing part: how many horses do I own? NONE

I full loan one, which I only have a 12 month contract with. I am officially a saddle/numnah/girth/rug (not even going to DARE count how many of those I have!) aholic!

2 saddles! A bates jump saddle, and an Albion dressage saddle, the Bates has a M/W plate and the Albion is a medium. He is a standard Med fit generally, but the bates fits him with the med or M/W and he seems freer with the M/W.
