how many times did you try your horse before buying

I tried my tb once, then got her on trial for a week. The fell we were given on loan to bring back into work for the owner to then sell on, and decided to keep her.

I tried my boy out the first time in a field with my trainer. She rode him first as his owner had gone off to uni.

I went back (only 20 miles) and hacked him out on my own as that was the most important part to me.

I've owned him for 6 years and he's NEVER going any where else.

i didn't...i bought him from a Dealer's website from Ireland and had him shipped over 2 weeks later.
