How many times do you run through a dressage test?

Never ride all the way through, my mare is just too cleaver and will start to anticipate movements- especially going into canter.
just ride separate movements.

also agree, its a pain in the warm up people riding through it over and over not looking where they are going!!

I can practice the whole thing a few times on my gelding - he doesn't really care / notice / try and anticipate
On my previous mare though I couldn't practice at all, once she had an idea of how it was supposed to be, she set herself a personal goal to DO THE WHOLE THING EVEN FASTER lol

How did it go?

So good thank you! He was super calm - you wouldn’t have guessed it was his first time out and in an indoor. And we came away with 60% and 3rd place out of 7! Which, for a first time, I’m so happy with. Some baby moments and comments that I already knew about (wobbly CL, lack of bend etc) that will be fixed with time and schooling. So I’m so happy!
