how much do you think this should be a month ?
9 acres with water.
on a hill so quite dry.(suitable year round)
natural shelter.
very handy location with good access but on a busy road.
i wouldn`t mind if sub-devided with tape or riding in field if needed.

thanks

£50 a month I would say

I rent 4 acres from New Forest Council - originally no water until I paid to have it installed - on a 10 month lease and that's just over £700 a year including the actual legal grazing licence, so approx £70 a month. 9 acres would be a lot more, I assume.

Yes, that sounds about right. There was a 2 acre field with two stables + water up for rent near where I work recently. Unfortunately I found out about it too late but the estate agents told me that it was £10 p.h.p.w.

Gosh, that is really good value. Round here grazing only is £10 phpw. If you add a stable into things it goes up to £25phpw
