How much £ for renting grazing land

I'm hoping to rent some grazing from a local farmer to run a few youngsters on. Can anyone give me a rough guide to how much I should be expecting to pay for say 10 acres, assumed fenced and with water. And I'm in South Lincs.

We got offered a 4 acre field with water but no electric for 2k/pa (would be allowed to put up stables /arena/electric etc) but was the other side of Bourne to you.

Yes that's about right; generally about £250 per acre per year.
