after a clear out I have come across a shetland (upto 11.2hh) size driving collar. Filled with straw with brass fittings. Leather a bit worn in places but not desperately bad. Old, maybe late 40's early 50's at a guess. Needs to go, but haven't got a clue on asking price. Don't want to be ripped off, yet I don't want to ask stupid money...
Any ideas anyone??

Does it have it's hames? To be honest, without it is worth virtually nothing, with hames, if it is useable condition, up to £100.

iam so not into driving and haven't a clue what 'hames' is. !! it has the brass attachments that slot into the collar - very heavy! Iam feeling a complete dim wit about this!!

You could put it on Dragon Driving for £5 - held til sold or Carriage-link for, I think, 10% commission. Best place I would say is indeed Ebay.
