I'm planning to go over to Clifden for October sales. I've never been before but have read up plenty...

The only thing I'm not sure on is how much I'd be looking to spend on a nice stamp, which doesn't have to be a world beater but forward and fun.

You'd probably want around 8k euro I'm guessing. They'd be horses cheaper then that if you're willing to take a green one or one that's a bit poor looking. Just be careful choosing as well. They're always a few in the sales for a reason. Best of luck! Tell us how you get on.
