Hi,

As above... What is the average for field, stable (limited turnout in winter), lovely well maintained school with jumps, secure tack room, allocated space in feed hall?
No feed/hay/bedding included and totally DIY?
Thanks

I'm South Oxfordshire and pay £130 for stable, 24/7 turnout in summer, all day turnout in winter, has a school but is not great, good hacking and tack room/feed room. I have to buy own feed/bedding/hay but can buy this from anywhere.

I'm in Gloucestershire and pay £100 for stable, individual turnout, 24/7 in summer and during winter if required (most stable overnight during winter though), small indoor school (approx. 15m x 25m), and secure tack room. Totally DIY, no extras available.

Hay and straw are additional and can be supplied by YO or free to source own.

140 here.. That includes stable, turnout in winter and possiblity to live out in summer. Both have nice floodlit school with some jumps and tack and feed room. Im in berks:)

South Oxfordshire - you wouldn't find any reasonably maintained and managed yard for less than £30 a week and at that price there would be compromise. Otherwise a nice but basic yard would be £35-45 pw
