How much do you pay for DIY Livery?

£105 per month- includes all year turnout 24/7 365 days a year but also a stunning stable. We then buy hay at £30 per round bale - I usually go halves wirth another livery/whoever my boy is turnout out with.

I buy bedding as I keep my fattie in during summer- but most liveries dont really bring theirs in ever (only in emergencies!) so I use 2 x shaving bales a month as my boy is very clean so £12 a month in bedding.

I get through approx 3 round bales shared a year so my monthly cost would be £125 max
 
I was paying £27.50 pw for stable (with water drinker), all year turnout, use of indoor and outdoor school. Haylage was an additional £15 pw but could more or less use as much as necessary.
 
£20 a week,yard supplie hay at £3 pb and straw £2 pb. Usually use 2 of each when in at night probs in 2 wks time.
 
£18pw, including stable, tackroom, electricity, free secure trailer/lorry parking, 24/7/365 grazing, small menage, x-country course, 24hr security, plus, hay small bale £3.50, small straw £2.50, large rectangular straw £20, large rectangular hay £25. I make my own hay, and they're fine me brining my own in. Straw too when I can get a free large bale :)

£50 a month for a large stable and own paddock. Hay is £4.50 and straw is £2. No school though which is shame but I figure for the money I'm saving, I can hire a school when I need it.

WOW! £45 every two-weeks for haylage???? :eek::eek::eek: Crikey, that's outrageous - how much does your 16 hand horse eat???? Our yard charges a flat fee of £10pw for ad-lib access to haylage regardless of horse/pony size; was £6pw last year but with all the snow and the horses in eating their heads off the YO put it up to cover the extra being used.

*whispers* Dont tell anyone but my 16'3 TB was getting a 15kg net at night last winter (and extra haylage during the day if he was in.) I kept telling myself that the Sheltand in the next stable block was suppementing us :o

I expect the YO is sighing a great sigh of relief that Ive made my own hay this year LOL.

Still think £45 every two weeks is a lot for haylage, though.
 
£105 per month each for DIY Livery with Large airy indoor stbles with rubber matting, all year turnout in their own paddocks (just my two boys in it, one for winter and one for summer), Unlimited use of Indoor and outdoor floodlit school, 24/7 turnout in summer and all day turnout in winter, morning turnout and feeding included (so no early mornings!), On site Riding Club with regular events, Regular social events for the yard, Free Parking of Horsebox/Trailer, Secure seperate storage area for all your stuff, lovely hacking, brilliant YO and very friendly and helpful liveries. So Livery is £210 a month

Then I get shavings in bulk with the YO (she's a star!) so I end up paying around £40 a month on bedding for the both of them (They get huge beds which take about 8 bales of shavings each to set up but they're very clean so it takes almost nothing to keep them topped up), Around £60 a month on Haylage for them both (big bales from local farmer delivered straight to my storage) and about £100 a month on feed and supplements so in total around £410 per month in total for them both (not far off the same as my rent!).

Winter prices £50 per week including shavings and ad lib hay or haylage. I don't pay for turnout am as I bring in one of the full liveries with my boy pm. Fab outdoor floodlit school, super hacking and all year turnout (they come in overnight in winter). There are probably cheaper yards (and closer to home) but I would hate to move as everyone is lovely and the horses are all so relaxed and happy :)
 
£250 a month, all the hay and straw I want included. hundreds of acres to ride in and access to many square miles of woodlands.

That's for 4 horses, no school or facilities, a lovely old barn...

Flat rate a month for stable and grazing is £100
Then adding rug change, turn out, straw, good hay, feed. It work out £175 :)
We have ayto, floodlit school, loads of off road hacking, alarmed tackroom, rug room, jumps and free trailer parking.

£108 / month DIY includes stable & decent turnout own paddocks (1 xsummer and 1xwinter), School, rug warmers, tack room, feed room, hay barn, access to rug wash and vending machines, Paper bedding is available to buy onsite currently £5.50 / bale however about to go up to £6.50 (although im waiting to move onto wood pellet bedding my 1t pallet is currently gathering dust!!)

Hay was included however we have to source our own now so me and a family member get big round bales for £25 through a friend between our 3 horses which lasts 3 weeks ish!!
