How much does your farrier charge?

£60 for a full set for the big mare, £20 for a trim and I think £50 for the smaller mare but not sure about that. Also Coffee and fags! lol Very good farrier and we have known him since he was an apprentice (quite a while ago now!)
 
Mine charges 50 for a set, 25 for fronts and trim behind and 15 for a trim but if they are only little like a sh*tland

he only charges a tenner for a trim xx.
 
I'm SE too, and paid £56 for a set, and then 50p per road nail, and £1 per stud hole. He's fabulous, if a bit prima donna ish.
 
£55 for refits and £60 for a new set with road nails. He comes every 6 weeks and is fantastic, if I lose a shoe he will either pop in and if I'm not able to get there at the same time he just gets Cropi in and does her for me. Or if he's busy I can box over to him, like I did on Christmas Eve!!!
