Currently paying £20/hr and she comes to us, but was quoted £30 - £45/hr which I thought was a bit high..... Once we have the basics established, I'd like occasional lessons with a particular dressage instructor locally, she charges £32/hr but you have to travel to her.
Oh and I'm on West Mids/South Staffs/Shropshire border.

£30 for 45-60 minuets depending how well we are getting on, my instructor never finishes because we have run over time always ending on a good note! (cambridgeshire) :)

£12.50 for how ever long I like. (I pay £10 one week, then £15 the next)
I'm usually there 2hrs minimum, but I have spent all day there before!
Milton Keynes.

£25 for half an hour - Wiltshire. Worth every penny. I'm normally last in the day though, so I get about 45 minutes. I think she gets carried away! :)

I pay £10(best friend so only covers petrol) for however long it takes usually atleast 1hr 15mins -horse takes ages to actually settle so doesnt work for that long.
We have a monthly dressage clinic with GP rider a min of 8 during the day all private hr lessons and thats £25 she comes from an hour and half away.

My flabber is gasted so to speak - I pay between £35 and £50 for 30 mins to 45 mins tops - feeling robbed !!!! very good instruction though.

PM's with recomendations for instructors that will travel in the West Mids, Staffs area would be great - I am at junction 12 of the M6

pay from £22 to £45 depending on who the instructor is - not having regular lessons right now - getting visiting instructors mainly. They are 45mins to an hour - can't fit enough into 30mins. Had a £20 group lesson the other day, above is for private and that sometimes includes travel.

£20 Oxfordshire. I ride for as long as it takes to grasp the thing I have to learn. We always try to end on a positive.
I wanted to start from the beginning and learn properly and lose old bad habits. I then practice my homework till the next lesson :)
