How much would you expect to pay for 7 acres of good grazing land, well fenced. Lots of natural shelter but no stables/electric or water? Although has a small stream running through which horses could drink from
We are in Leicestershire

Aprox. £100 an acre per year if you are expected to maintain it, more if farmer is doing the work for you.

I'm moving to where ever it is you live!
I used to pay £100 a month for 12 acres and was responsible for all fencing. Land was owned by MOD, restictions on lease were tight (ie no subletting, no stables, not even a mobile field shelter...)

£500 per acre per year, fully fenced and with standpipe - but that is in Kent, and the only example I know of. I'm sure there are cheaper.
