How much for a 3.5ton?

I've had a look on horsemart but prices vary so widely I'm not sure what to advertise it for.

3.5ton LDV Convoy xreg (2000) 2.4 tons unladen, headroom for up to 15.2hh. Stalled for 2 herringbone. Nice conversion with small living including portaloo (unused!)

I know what I'd like to get for it but I'm just not sure how much of an impact the recession has had.

About £6-7k if in good nick I would have thought....

No pictures as yet. Its a nice little van but needs a wash to be shown to its best so I'm going to wash it at the weekend before I advertise.

Around £9,000 - 10,000? At a guess and from others that are on the market.
